In its commitment to community support, Columbia Flow partnered with Night Strike, hosted by CityTeam, donating 10% to aid the house-less community.

Columbia Flow offers a variety of classes in a hotroom and warm room, with vinyasa, Pilates, hatha, kids yoga, and more.  Yoga with Perumal brought a unique approach to Columbia Flow, blending a martial arts influenced teaching style with 3 yoga sequences provided as a 10 class per week Studio Program.
